CNFans Spreadsheet Chip-In: the deal you make before friends order together
Keep each person’s exact item and payment clear, check the warehouse goods, and agree how to divide the actual parcel costs.
Chip-In last loaded cnfans.com on 21 October 2026. Each address we tried showed the same maintenance notice, which names no reopening date, attributes the work to persistent cyberattacks and sends order questions to [email protected].
Sixteen starting points for the group
Start with a category, then give the account holder the actual product link and option. Category photographs show examples; they do not reserve stock or confirm a price or shipping eligibility.
Split the cost your own way
Add each friend by initials, give every item an owner, and type in the parcel total from your own quote. The tally shows what each person pays three ways: by the grams they put in the box, by the number of items they own, and in equal shares. It never estimates a freight price, never asks where the parcel is going, and keeps everything inside this page. Close the tab and it is gone.
How to use the tool: the sample already filled in shows three friends and four items, one still without a weight. Replace it with your own: start with initials only, add items as they are ordered, and fill in grams once each item has a weight you trust. Until then, leave grams blank and look at the item and even splits. Pick a receiver and an account holder and the checklist under the results adjusts itself.
The rounding is deliberate. Shares are worked out to the cent with a largest-remainder rule, so the three sets of shares always add back to the total you typed; when a cent cannot be split, it goes to whoever was closest to the next cent. The arithmetic was cross-checked against a separate implementation on 5,000 random parcels before the page went up.

The catalog is shared. The order still needs an owner.
A Spreadsheet helps the group discover listings. It does not reserve stock or collect a separate payment from each participant. Save the actual seller link and the selected option against the person who requested it. A single gallery photo can cover several sizes, colors or pack quantities.
The historical CNFans workflow separates the purchase from international freight. The account holder submits and pays for the item request, the seller sends it to a warehouse, and checked eligible items can later form a parcel. Agree how the group will approve changes and split costs; the agent account does not automatically keep your private group ledger.

What Chip-In helps you decide
Chip-In makes a group order easier to reconcile. The freight tool compares allocation methods using the total you enter; the deeper pages explain who holds the account, who receives the parcel and how to handle a sold-out or missing item. Use those decisions alongside the buying guide, before the group commits money.
